With more than twenty-three years of employee benefits experience, John Hill specializes in the mid-sized employer segment (100 – 5,000 employees), with a specific focus on private equity due diligence and portfolio management advisory services. He joined Equity Risk Partners from Fitzmaurice Companies Inc., which was acquired in Bank of America in 2004, and then HRH in 2007, where he focused on due diligence and the private equity industry. Mr. Hill holds a BS in Business from the State University of New York – Regents College, as well as an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
