Gabe Levitt has been with Equity Risk Partners since 2004, when the firm opened its New York office. Previously, he worked in principal investing and investment banking focused on insurance and other financial services sectors. He began his career in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman Sachs and then spent eight years in private equity with Securitas Capital and Grand Central Holdings.

Mr. Levitt’s private equity investment experience has spanned the entire portfolio company life cycle, including early stage venture capital, growth equity and leveraged buyouts as well as companies in distress/bankruptcy. He holds a BS degree in Economics, with a specific concentration in Risk and Insurance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
